Terms and conditions
We will provide a house state assessment when you enter the place, along with a list of supplies and equipment. A 200 to 400€ deposit (depending on the length of stay) will have to be paid on arrival. This deposit will be turned back to you within a maximum of 10 days after the stay, depending on the house state.
We do require a 50% advance payment to confirm any reservation.
Cancellation policies: half of the advance payment will be kept if you cancel one month ahead or more. It will be fully kept if cancellation is made between 2 weeks and one month before arrival. The balance would be due if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the stay.
Bed Linen and towels are optional and available upon request : 10€/bed and 7€/person for each set of towels.
End of stay house cleaning is normally under your responsibility. You might want to ask for service with an additional 50€ charge.
Heat: A pellet burning stove is ready with a height in cool season. Any new load is charged 10€. All rooms are also equipped with electric convectors; the cost for electricity and water is 25€/week (30€ in the winter) or 60€ for any month long stay.
Any animal staying in the house will be charged (20€/week or 30€/month stay).
Optional services: WIFI = 20€/week – house bed linen = 10€/bed – bathroom linen = 7€/person (includes 2 towels and 1 hand glove).
