In the context of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), we are currently applying additional sanitary measures, with disinfection between each location.

The gîte le Cantou that was part of the farmhouse has its totally independent entrance.

To ensure you a quality stay and an unequalled rest, we put at your disposal a detached house with a private and closed garden, a perfectly equipped gîte.

On the ground floor you have a living room open onto an amercian kitchen space.

You will be able to cook at your leisure in this recently renovated kitchen, equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and all the necessary crockery for a meal with friends or family.

For a perfect stay, you benefit from a large storage space and a laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms where you can settle down after a day's drive or a long walk.
The house sleeps 4 people (possibility to add a baby/child's bed). You can stay with your family, everything is ready for you:
a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed of 160cm width, a second room with 2 single beds which may be suitable for your children or travelling friends.

If you are inviting a few additional friends for a couple of nights, there is a dormitory area that can be used by exception on the second floor (please ask us for the terms and conditions). We can also provide a child/baby's bed and install it in the master's bedroom.
Bathroom / toilet area is on the first floor, with a new shower that has been renewed in 2017!
This charming little house in the Haute Loire has kept its authentic local character: small, slightly steep staircase, crackling wooden floors, beams on the ceiling... Very well insulated, with a contemporary decoration, you will find here a haven of peace for a few days of rest or a few weeks of holidays.

This vacation home is just a stone's throw from Le Puy en Velay and equipped like your home: flat screen TV, DVD player, reception area, oven, washing machine, microwave...
Your holiday home allows you to stay in complete independence.
You can also enjoy the sunshine and the rural landscape from your private terrace. Equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, you will be able to enjoy outdoor lunch and dinner, in a quiet place, with family or friends, or relax in the deckchairs on the lawn. 
Our nearby presence allows you to call if you need and we also offer some optional services: Household linen (sheets and towels),  picnic baskets, baby sitting... Even the possibility for a wellness massage at home!

Our friends the animals are accepted subject to prior agreement and a weekly fee (30€/week).
For the respect of everyone, our houses are non-smoking.
On your arrival and departure we will establish an inventory of fixtures . A list of supplies is given on arrival. A deposit of 300€ (depending on the length of stay - 500€ for monthly stays) will be requested on arrival, which will be returned within 10 days after your stay (by post) depending on the inventory of fixtures on departure.
A deposit of 50% will be requested at the time of booking.
Cancellation conditions : half of the deposit will be retained if you have to cancel more than one month before the date of your stay, the whole deposit will be retained if you have to cancel between one month and 15 days before the date of your stay, the balance will be due if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the date of your stay.
Sheets and towels are not provided and are extra if you wish: 10€ per pair of sheets and 7€ per towel kit (one sheet + one towel + one glove).
The cleaning at the end of your stay is normally at your charge. You can also request this service. This will be charged at 70€.
Heating: the pellet stove is provided with a full tank. Each new load of pellets is charged at 10€. There are also convectors in each room. We charge an additional €70/week for electricity in winter for this.
Internet : Fibre internet connection is included in the price.
